Jaylen Supreme Moore , 14 of Greenville departed this life on November 22, 2023. A prayer candlelight vigil will be held in Jaylen’s honor on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 7:00 PM,
Greenville High School Auditorium located at 3515 Lions Lair * Greenville, Texas 75401.
Public Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 02, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at
Love & Integrity Funeral Services, 4900 King Street * Greenville, Texas 75401.
Jaylen’s Celebration of Life Services will be on Sunday, December 03, 2023, at 1:00 PM
Greenville High School Auditorium, 3515 Lions Lair, Greenville, Texas 75401.
Jaylen is survived by his mom, Jessica Clark and pops, Fred Moore Jr. both of Greenville, big brother, Christian Clark; sisters, Adara Haten, Octavia Mapps & Damonika Webb; grandmother, Mary Moore; uncles, DJ, Michael & Kevin; aunts, Monique, Latria & Tomekar; a host of cousins, other relatives, friends, teachers and coaches.
He was proceeded in death by his uncle Steven Smith Jr, his grandparents Roy & Ursula Clark and his grandfather Fred Moore Sr.
