Blanche "Big Momma" Pitts

Blanche "Big Momma" Pitts, 84 of Greenville departed this life on June 21, 2024.  Her Celebration of Life Services will be held:Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 12 Noon,  The Homegoing Services location will be at New Jerusalem Baptist Church located at 808 Wright Street,  Greenville, Texas.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Love & Integrity Funeral-Cremation Services located at 4900 King Street * Greenville, Texas 75401.

She leaves to cherish her memories; children, Michael Heard (Dorothy), Hugh A. Pitts, Debra Heard, Charlotte Champion, Paula Lawson (Victor), Sandra Pitts, and Jesslyn Hawkins, all of Greenville; Sharon Heard-Anthony of Forney; Shanita Pitts of Fort Worth. Aunts: Girlene Richardson of Pasco, Washington; Ruby Jones (Wilson) of Greenville, Texas. 31 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren, 45 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Blanche has been reunited with loved ones that have preceded her in death: her parents, JD Webster & Aline Wilks Harrell; husband, Hugh Dell Pitts; grandson, Dilla Champion, Jr.; great granddaughter, Kennedi Heard, and God-daughter Teresa Simpson.
