Billy Ray Mizer

Billy Ray Mizer of Greenville departed this life on Saturday, December 06, 2025.  Graveside Services will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12 Noon.   The services will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, Texas.

Public Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Love & Integrity Funeral Service located at 4900 King Street * Greenville, Texas 75401.

Billy Ray Mizer was born on 2/18/1950 in Dallas, Texas to his mother, Faye Goforth. He later became a son to Edd Goforth. He was a master plumber for most of his life. He spent his childhood mostly in Cooper until his family moved to Grand Prairie. From there, he moved to Greenville, making that his final home. Billy Ray Mizer departed this life on 12/6/2025.

He survived by his brother, Jackie, sons Johnny, Billy Wayne, and daughter Kesha. Many grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and their children. There are too many to list.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Faye and Edd Goforth, and brothers Jerry, Dale, Pierce, Prentice, and Chris
