Barbara Joyce Pannell Crosby, 61, of Commerce, departed this life on February 20, 2026. Her Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The Homegoing Services will be at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, located at 202 Champion Lane, Commerce, TX 75428.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bethel C.O.G.I.C located at 120 Buffington St, Commerce, TX, 75428.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Rashad Pannell of Commerce, Texas; siblings, Rosie Woods and Jackie Spencer of McKinney, Texas, Versell Savage and Perry Pannell of Commerce, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Vivian Pannell, and one sibling, Bobby Pannell.
